I created She Sells and the $10K Club after spending close to 20 years as a top producer in sales.  What I found while working in corporate sales was that while the strategies that were being taught worked, things like hard closing and just grinding harder, working insane hours to earn just a little bit more never felt right to me, and left me with only incremental growth in my results.  Outwardly I was a top producer, but inwardly I was struggling with anxiety, an eating disorder and crippling self-doubt.

What I didn’t know at the time is that my approach didn’t feel right because those are very masculine strategies that simply doesn’t align with how we create most powerfully as women.  When I started learning how to sell, and run my business, leveraging all of who I am (including my spiritual connection, feminine energy, and intuition), my annual income became my monthly income, and I felt new levels of peace, ease and power I didn’t know were possible.
