About Elyse

Hey there!  Chances are if you’re here, you’re interested in growing your sales and possibly your personal brand as well.  

For many years (more than I care to admit – can we get a  shout out to a good photo filter?) I’ve been interested in those things too.  In fact when I first started my journey into sales and entrepreneurship about 15 years ago, I was obsessed with hitting six figures.  In my mind that was the first real benchmark that would say I had “made it”.  

Well, I did it pretty quickly, and there were a lot of perks that came with having more financial freedom at an early age, but I also did it at a cost.  

Because I wasn’t deeply connected to who I really was as a person, I tried to be everything to all people and thought I had to show up as someone else in order to be successful in business. 

On the outside I looked like I had it all, but what people didn’t know was that I was secretly still struggling with an eating disorder, was in a really bad marriage, and had crippling anxiety.

When I finally got fed up and was unavailable to live that way anymore, things started to shift. 

I went on a radical journey of self development and started reconnecting with who God made me to be.  It was so much fun to discover that I’d had the keys all along, and all I needed to do to achieve anything I wanted was learn how to be in alignment with my true self. 

She Sells is about way more than just sales, although there’s plenty of that for you here 🙂  I believe that when women can make good money (and for many of us breaking through six figures is the first benchmark of that) – we do good in the world.  But I want to help you sell and make money in a way that’s sustainable and feels good to you, not in a way you were told you should do it from some old, outdated sales book.

  • Outside of helping women make more money and grow their business, I’m obsessed with several things: 
  • My relationship with God
  • My family (my husband Jason and I welcomed our first little one Jack into the world in 2020 – please behold one of my favorite pictures of me torturing him at a fall festival – also one of my favorite things)
  • Rescue dogs 
  • Seltzer water 
  • All things personal development, including getting up way early to read, journal and meditate 
  • Oh yes, and coffee.  I’m a 4am wake up call type of girl, and it is my jet fuel.  For a wedding gift my dad and stepmom gave me an unlimited Starbucks card (YES!!  Dreams do come true).  While I am aware that I am likely spending my entire inheritance on coffee, it’s still one of the best gifts I have ever received.
