Allison suggests asking yourself:
Is this fear trying to protect me from something new?
Or is this my inner knowing whispering that something isn’t aligned?
When you learn to listen to your body — not just your mind — you start to make decisions that feel powerful, not panicked.
Allison rebuilt her entire schedule to reflect what mattered most. Her “3×3 model” — three days a week, three weeks a month — allowed her to double her income while living fully aligned with her values.
That’s the power of designing your life on purpose — choosing peace, joy, and time as part of your definition of success.
“Joy, peace, and safety are your baseline,” she says. “Everything else flows from there.”
